THE DCE AT THE UCLG WORLD CONGRESS OF LOCAL AND REGIONAL LEADERS IN DAEJEON, SOUTH KOREA.
On the 12th of October, 2022, The DCE spoke at the UCLG World Congress of Local and Regional Leaders in Daejeon, South Korea. Deliberations centred on the importance of Human Rights Cities and the impact of such international partnerships on local governance and community development.
