HANDLING OVER CEREMONIES FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH PLANNING AND SERVICES.
On the 20th April, 2022, The DCE joined two separate ceremonies to hand over Community Health Planning and Services (CHPS) Compounds to Kpeve Tornu and Ve – Hove communities.
The facilities were aimed at bringing healthcare to the doorsteps of the people. Each of these CHPS Compounds contain the important component of accommodation for workers of the facility
The projects were funded by Kofih, in collaboration with Ghana Health Service (GHS).
Dignitaries who graced the ceremony included the Deputy Minister of Health, Hon. Mahama Asei Seini (MP), Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Ghana, Lim Jung Taek, and Country Director of Kofih, Kang Jinho(MEng).
Also present were Volta Regional Director of Health Service Dr. Letsa, and Afadjato South District Director of Health.
